Latte! A great way to enjoy good coffee without having to be overly concerned about kilojoules. But – someone tell me – why is it always served in a glass and usually without a handle? The glass is usually scalding hot and there must be a suave way of holding it without wrapping it up in a dozen serviettes. Posted by Picasa

    if your latte is served scalding hot, you are going to the wrong coffee shop!

    Lattes should be served at a little hotter than lukewarm.
    If they are served too hot it means someone has probably burnt the coffee, and there is nothing more heinous in the world than that.

    Go down to “Soto’s” in Mnt Lawley (Beaufort St) and they will sort you out..
